The room was so spacious and nice to have a separate bedroom. Staff did everything they could to help us and found English speakers to help us. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and hot food (eggs, bacon)

Small but very pleasant. The room was great - separate sitting area and a small kitchen. Staff really nice. Good breakfast. And its in a quiet area with excellent dining options. Strongly recommended.

A nice, new property, parts unfinished. People were nice and friendly. Good breakfast and nice pool on top floor (although not very deep). Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette and table (although not fully equipped as the page says). Basically clean & new, but mold starting to form in shower. Not very good soundproofing, as you can hear some traffic and noises from adjoining rooms and above. Underground parking was not crowded, but very difficult ramp to go up and then deep down. Coming up you hope no one is on the sidewalk, as you have to shoot fast and can't see over the hood as you climb out. Easy two block walk to convention center and lots of restaurants.

Buena atencion y las instalaciones. Buena infraestructura pero le falta mantenimiento a la pintura de las paredes y echarle cloro al moho del piso de la ducha del baño. En general todo bien pero le falta mas atencion a los detalles

This is a great, and affordable place to stay, excellent attention. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance from restaurants and several other amenities. I will definitely stay there next time I visit Santa Cruz.

Amazing value for the price
Absolutely wonderful stay for any price, but especially for the one I paid. The only negative would be for those who have limited mobility, as there is no lift and the stairs can be brutal after the first floor. Otherwise, it was a flawless stay. Would definitely stay again.

No tengo otra palabra para decir que no sea espectacular. La pasamos genial en el hotel. Instalaciones impecables y nuevas. Pileta limpia y templada. Desayuno con buena variedad. Pero lo que más tengo que destacar es la atención tan amable y cordial de todo el personal del hotel. Hago mención en especial a César, Andrés y Astrid que con su excelente atención me deja con ganas de regresar. Les recomiendo al 100% este hotel. Seguro que al regresar a Santa Cruz mi estadía será allí.

The room was clean. However, the staff wasn't friendly whatsoever. I was questioned two times about the payment I used, which it was annoying. They were having a hard time verifying the payment. I even had to show them pictures of the paying and my bank transaction for the hotel. They still didn't believe it. Also, the TV. of one of the rooms was not working. I always used hotel.com to book a room and was the first time that I had this issue.
