"On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! After complaining immediately, all backed up with video and photographic evidence, they promptly moved us to another room. They took a sizeable deposit over £108, wich despite being...

"Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price."

"This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds. The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections."
