I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to...

"The hotel was very unique--very old, but well kept on the inside. Our room was very large, with a loft and cooking facilities, which were very convenient. Good place to stay on the way to Passo Stelvio, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away."

"La struttura accetta animali, l'unica pecca di non essere stata avvisata in quanto dopo il check in abbiamo lasciato le nostre cose in camera e i due cani, al nostro ritorno l'abbiamo trovato chiuso con un semplice bigliettino sulla porta che diceva che avrebbe aperto più tardi. Ovviamente ci siamo messi a suonare e a chiamare. Da ospite non ho gradito di non essere stata avvisata. "
