Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
