"Check in was efficient and Esteban gave us restaurant recommendations and told us about the complementary bike rental. We were upgraded to a suite which had a full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop. As an Expedia VIP a bottle of complementary champagne was in the frig. They have a good sized pool and jacuzzi that looked very inviting, but we did not have a chance to get in. The continental breakfast had yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast breads/danish, fresh cut melon and egg bites. The property is older , but well kept and clean. We will be back!!"

"It was our first time visiting Santa Barbara and first stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. This was a last minute trip and we were pleasantly surprised on how nice and welcoming this hotel was to our family and how close it was to the beach. We will definitely visit again with more time to spend. "
