"Great property. Great staff at check in. Had to roll bags a while to get to 2nd floor room using elevator. When used echeck-out, left keys in room but needed them to get out of complex back to car so had to use the steps with heavy bags. Needed directions on how to treat keys. Wonderful stay! 8min from UCSB."
