「We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views. The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us. 「The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

「Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños 」
