「We initially booked this for three nights but after three of us were ill, we extended it for another night. The staff were very helpful with this. The room was fine and it was nice to sit on the central courtyard. Great location in the historic centre and good value for money.」

「Habitación limpia, desayuno rico y personal amable, llegamos antes y nos dejaron entrar」

「Horrible experience! Not one single light was on , sliding door to balcony and window not looking properly , I ended up not staying because it didn’t feel safe and they never returned my money .」

「De facil acceso céntrico segoro」

「Too expensive for what they offer, doors in poor condition」

「Nice, staff is friendly ,close to chopping centers restaurants ,grocery stores nice.」

「The couple staff I met was great because they spoke English so I could have communicated with them. The room was nice and clean. I suggest that you include breakfast in your booking because they are no restaurants nearby. My overall stay at that hotel was great. I strongly recommend if you planning on visiting Santa Ana for any reason to book your stay at that hotel. Was a great experience.」

「I cannot recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights while exploring Ruta de las Flores, and it was such a hidden gem. Situated up a steep hill, the hotel feels secluded and tucked away from it all, yet is still close to everything you need. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, stunning mountain views, and so much old hacienda-style charm and character. It felt very safe. Breakfast was amazing, with a freshly prepared plato típico every morning....

「No es un lugar bueno no tienen buen servicio y te cobran cosas que no usaste」
