The owners and staff are very attentive to your needs, they speak multiple languages as well. They offer breakfast and dinner so you don’t have to worry about food/where to eat. The food options are amazing everything we ate was so delicious, literally mouth watering. There is a spa you can book ahead of time. I can’t wait to come back it was the most beautiful...

「The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!」

「I was so happy after our long flight from Hong Kong. We were able to stay in a beautiful hotel during our trip. We don't often have the opportunity to see these gorgeous views and experience the unique atmosphere in HK. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. 「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged...
