"The guy at check in said that breakfast had a lot of halal options and I believed him and when I went to the breakfast after paying I didn't find halal food and asked a girl there and she said that they didn't have any halal food other than fruits"

"I want to preface this review by saying that I have reached out to the hotel directly and they have yet to respond to me. On Sunday morning, I placed clothing into the provided laundry bag and completed the laundry form accordingly. When the staff member arrived, she already appeared visibly frustrated that we were still in the room getting ready for the day, which I did not appreciate. Later, I contacted reception to confirm that my laundry would be returned before my departure, and I was assured that I would receive it prior to checkout. I called again the following morning while preparing to leave for Italy, only to then be informed that my clothing had been discarded. While I appreciate the apology and the courtesy of waiving the late checkout fee, I am extremely frustrated by the situation. I still have an entire week remaining on my vacation and specifically needed those items cleaned for the remainder of my travels. Additionally, the pants that were discarded required alterations, so simply repurchasing the same item is neither practical nor immediate. I hope that providing receipts for the original purchases will be sufficient in processing a full refund. I would also like to bring another concern to your attention. Upon arriving to my room Saturday evening, I found a dirty towel left in the sink and another guest’s hair clogging the shower drain. Although the staff addressed the issue promptly once notified, these are not standards I would"

"I booked a premium room for three nights, but unfortunately there was nothing “premium” about the experience. Pros: - check in was smooth front desk personnel was pleasant - room came with bathrobes and a safe. - There is a cafeteria/deli in front of the hotel that was very reasonable, a big plus. There is also a little grocery store nearby which is convenient. Cons: - shower knob was broken. Since the shower was unusable, I decided to take a bath instead, only to discover that the tub was draining very slowly. My husband reported the shower issue, and to their credit, maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. However, by the second night, the tub drain had become even worse, so we informed the front desk. When we returned later that day, the tub stopper had been removed completely, leaving us unable to take a bath at all. - The hotel’s location was also less convenient than expected. It is quite far from most tourist attractions; the closest major site, Sagrada Família, is still about 1.2 km away or roughly a 20-minute walk. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations."

"We found the room quite small and the foam mattresses too hard. Also, the fridge in the room was filled with 14 cans of drinks that we have to purchase, and there was no space to put our own waterbottles. Also we found the breakfast to be quite expensive for a buffet breakfast. Otherwise the space was clean and decorated nicely. We found the nightly room rate to be quite high for a hotel quite far from downtown. On a positive note the neighbourhood was fairly quiet and safe. "
