「You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. 」

「This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!」

「The resort and location are nice. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  」

「The office only open during business hours. Plane landed at 7 so office was closed. I was able to get keys from lock box, that part was easy. Next morning left before office was open. Worked all day and got back to condo at 1 am. The key fob they gave me did not work. I went to office, closed. Called number given answering machine. Tried after hours maintenance, sent to voice mail. I’m a single lady outside. I called the number on their web site and thankfully it gave a different...

「The room was clean and pleasant. The rooms are ocean front with an excellent view of the beach and gulf. It was a quiet, peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. 」

「Easy check-in, friendly staff, and a clean room. Temperature control was tricky and the room felt a bit humid. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry is available ($1.50 per cycle), but limited machines and dryers take two cycles. Convenient location with Walmart and CVS/Walgreens nearby. Overall, a good stay—I would recommend.」

「This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the cutest. Breakfast was continental style and if you couldn’t find something you like you have a problem. They had coffee, tea, yogurt, cereals, bananas, bagels, breakfast bars. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean with a very deep end. This place is situated on a canal with play toys. Very attractive! 」
