She was very helpful, helping us with booking our activities, she was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The hotel is slightly further than the main city but it was well worth being there as the smaller town had less congestions and was close to many of the activities."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite with a large window, mountain views, and a spacious layout. The actual room was considerably smaller, located on the ground floor, and had no view whatsoever. I understand that photos can sometimes differ, but the difference was significant enough to be disappointing. Despite that, the wonderful staff and overall quality of the property made for a good experience."
