Cleaner than most major better hotels chains that I've stayed at. Blissfully quiet even though they welcome ATV's. I have allergies and asthma, had no issues even though it's a pet friendly property. Their private residence is attached to property so you can get a really great quiet nite's sleep. I definitely will stay...
