「It is an older hotel buy with noticeable updates made. Room was clean and felt cozy. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is well kept and felt clean. Breakfast is simple but perfect for kids.
Things that could be improved:
1. Exterior of the buildings show some wood rot, doors are chipped and scarred at the bottom. Just an older building.
2. Shower head was loose and needed threaded on tighter, toilet seat loose, sliding glass door and screen were stiff and hard to move.
3. Parking is underneath...

「Great place to stay on the shore of Lake Pend Oreille, and only a 3-minute walk to an excellent restaurant on the water. Sandpoint is about a 20-minute drive along the beautiful north coast of the lake.」

「Beautiful scenery! The staff was super helpful with people from out of state not used to the area and communicated efficiently. Playground was well maintained for kids too! Would love to stay here again if we're ever in the area again.」
