「It was a little unclear how to check in. The rooms were in one building and the check in was at the restaurant next door. Signage would have been helpful. A restaurant customer noticed us looking “lost” and directed us to the checkin area. The rest of the stay was very comfortable and smooth.」

「I had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant and bar, where the live music was a highlight. However, one area that could be improved is the customer service. Unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, there didn’t seem to be much of a focus on warm greetings or friendliness toward guests. 「We loved this place. Out of town a bit but beautiful area. The pub attached to the hotel was lively. Had a great meal at the Smugglers Rest up the road. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was also wonderful. Would highly recommend.」
