「DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked a suit for one week, due to the hurricane there was no water or power in my room within 12 hours of checking in, no problem as that’s out of the hotels control. So I brought my keys to the front desk ( an older women in her mid 50s with halloween acrylic nails helped me) and I let her know i would be checking out early as I booked another hotel. She let me know to get my refund through Expedia as I only stayed for ONE night, less than 12 hours of the almost week long...

「The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall.」

「Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close」

「We had a nice clean warm bed and shower. The suite was very nice and clean.」

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」
