"Perfect Location for our trip to the historic center of Hiroshima. Room was as described, host was prompt and clear in both languages. Host also sent a few messages on recommendations in the area and best way to get around. Transport was easy to use, and within 5 minute walk to tram stations to access all of the city. Amenities in the area included 7 Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart, all within 5 minutes walk, and vending machines outside the property for a quick beverage on the go. Overall, very satisfied and Hiroshima is definitely a city to visit and we will rebook this stay again if we return to Hiroshima. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The location of this hotel was fantastic! Right across from the Atomic Bomb Dome and just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Museum. We were easily able to catch a streetcar from the main train station to this hotel and took a river boat 5 minutes from our accomodation to Miyajima Island, which was our next destination. The hotel itself was quiet, clean and seemed to be well-run. We experienced our first Japanese onsen which was lovely. We wanted to try a ryokan and so booked this one on the recommendation from a Japan travel blog. The room was large and had a lovely traditional table with tea, sweets, etc., which was quite nice. We were given traditional robes and sleepwear which was a great touch. We slept on traditional sleeping futons which was a fun experience, however the one thing I didn't like was how we had to set up the beds ourselves. Maybe that's part of the experience/tradition (I'm not sure) but it was a bit cumbersome with the heavy mattresses and we had to figure out how to situate them so we could all fit. It was a bit cramped with 5 people and my husband ended up sleeping in the closet lol. It all worked out as he snores but had we all wanted to be in the same room it would have been tight. A minor detail but thought I would mention it. All in all, the hotel was lovely and quite peaceful. It was a fun experience and I would recommend!"
