"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."

"A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place.
