「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「Great location, very close to the centre but also very quiet. Beautiful building and the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. However, it was located at the end of the corridor in the staff area which was quite noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was included in our booking but disappointing with two of the items I’d have liked to order being unavailable and others offered at a high additional charge (€7 euro for an omelette). 「My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita.」
