「Beoordeling voor het hotel: Ik heb recentelijk verbleven in dit hotel en mijn ervaring was uitstekend. Het hotel was bijzonder netjes en goed onderhouden, wat een plezierige sfeer creëerde. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, wat bijdroeg aan een aangenaam verblijf. Het personeel was fantastisch; ze waren vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om te helpen. Dit maakte het verblijf nog aangenamer. Het ontbijt bood een goede variëteit, alhoewel er misschien enkele extra opties hadden...

「Clean rooms. Super room location. Mr Mohamed front of the house manager was very very cooperative and his reception team are fantastic at all the times. Housekeeping and restaurants were very nice. We have had a very nice stay at the Alex sunrise hotel. Thank you very much everyone 😊. Mahmoud Mousa rooms 1118-1119」

「Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications. You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend. 」

「Overall a great stay. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was some noise due to sports teams staying at the hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. 」

「An elegant old hotel and price is reasonable. Location is good and service is much better than anticipation. Afternoon tea is served.」

「The fung shut of the rooms needs work, too much furniture happening. The floor was not clean, and some of the amenities need to be updated. Otherwise it was a lovely unique place to stay. 」
