Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited. The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

This hotel offers a true resort experience right in the city — the perfect balance between sightseeing and relaxation. It was so easy to explore Alexandria and still unwind with the beach, pools, and a great breakfast. Special kudos to the incredibly sweet and welcoming staff who were always checking in to see if we needed anything. A perfect stay all around!

Beautiful location, right on the beach and amazing sunsets! The hotel is very noisy though with loud music playing until 2am and kids playing and screaming in the corridors outside the rooms until very late!
