「The property was spacious. Even though we arrived a couple of days late the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived to check in. The supposed hot water system did not work at all during our stay. So cooking and showering were difficult/impossible. We gave them a whole day to fix the problem but they failed For our last night we move to a hotel run by the property manager. They failed to provide a heater for the room even after we remined them.
