We stayed here for such a special trip, and it ended up being the place where I got engaged, which made our experience even more unforgettable. The entire staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made us feel so taken care of throughout our entire stay and helped make such an important moment in our lives feel even more special. The level of hospitality was incredible, and you could tell how much everyone truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. This hotel will always hold such a special place in our hearts, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better stay. We are already looking forward to the day we can come back. "Excellent staff, super helpful and nice, they accommodated to all our needs and were very welcoming and warm. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and main beach and it has a free shuttle that was super convenient as taxis are very expensive in Positano. The AC was the only thing that wasn’t as great but this has been our experience in every hotel in Italy, across different cities, so it seems to be the norm. Overall a great place to stay in Positano, staff will make you feel like part of their family"
