"The staff was amazing. So friendly helped accommodate my mom whom couldn’t do the stairs and i forgot to put in for handicap when i made the reservation. They were understaffed but still stepped up and did an amazing job they deserve 10 stars not 5. Great customer service guys."

"This was an excellent stay!! Jim and Sue were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was top notch. This stay worked perfectly with my time I had to stay in Winamac. I highly recommend this place and will be returning next time I visit Winamac!!! Thanks guys for an excellent stay!!"

"The room was great! Me and my guest were more than happy with it! It was quiet the whole night, no disturbances, and the staff was more than great, especially the woman who checked me in last night! She was very nice and helpful, and she deserves recognition for that. I have never been to a hotel that had such a caring staff and such a friendly staff!! Only grievance I have is that the pool was closed! I didn’t get any information ahead of time about it not being open which was very unfortunate!!! Other than that, we had a great night and will return again. Thank you!"
