「The receptionists are all very kind and helpful. The check-in and out are fast and easy. The room is big and has all the necessities, so you can cook if you want to. Although the hotel infrastructure needs some improvement, the location is perfect, near the mall, fast food, and a convenience store. The breakfast is nice and has some choices. The tours I booked can pick me up from the hotel directly, so this is great. Will come back.next time.」

「The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. 「Great place to stay with an amazing breakfast! Everything was exceptional.😁 The only reason I gave it a 4 overall had nothing to do with the staff, etc. Access was near to impossible due to road construction in front of the bldg. check in after 4 to miss the frustration.」

「Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show.
