"The property is a bit dated but clean and maintained. The poolside area was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast buffet was great. There was a good variety of food options; fresh and tasty! The one thing that I would recommend is 24hr coffee service in the lobby area. We had a 5:50am shuttle pickup and wasn’t able to get coffee. I even popped into the buffet area to request a cup of coffee and was told that I needed to wait until 6:00am even though there were several employees there preparing for opening. "

"Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly."

"The room was clean and the hotel is so picturesque. Staff were all lovely and helpful. I booked with them to get a taxi from the airport and even though my flight was delayed he was still there on time and happy to help. The breakfast is good and made to order, highly recommend!"
