Hotel Hacienda Monteverde San Miguel de Allende
We enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful and a great place to hang out and chat after our day of exploring San Miguel. The hotel staff was very friendly. Also a great location, walking distance from all the must see sites.

Check in was supposed to be at 3, but staff said we didn’t have a reservation. Eventually, they found it, but then they said they didn’t have a room. Again, eventually, they said they had a room, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We waited until 4:30 to be given a room and the cleaning staff ...
