The property itself is unique and charming, with animals around that added a special touch—especially enjoyable for families and kids. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. "Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente"

"Great hotel. Loved the air conditioning. Very excellent. Located in the central busy area. One issue there is a ticking sound periodically in the room it's annoying esp at night during sleep I think it might be coming from the fridge or the ac control. "
