Stay here!! We had the absolute best time in SMA and the location of sollano 34 could not have been better!! Just minutes from the square, coffee shops (highly recommended the one right on the corner, ki’bok), shopping and don’t forget to go up to the rooftop terrace and take in the AMAZING views! Would 10000% stay here again!

I fell in love with this property. Great attention to detail in the decor. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Very good location to landmarks, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome, the room was fantastic and location was great. The only thing, there is construction next door so 8AM comes loud and clear with the pounding and sawing. Luckily we were out most of the day.

Perfect location where you can walk to all the sites, restaurant and shopping. Our loft was so comfortable and beautiful; had everything we needed. Great courtyard as well. Great communication from host and all the staff. Everyone was so friendly!

Great location and property

This property is in an ideal location and is in great condition. The loft room had a full kitchen, living room, private bedroom and incredible bathroom with separate bath and shower. The building has a nice lobby with seating. The cleaning staff was incredible. Overall incredible stay and a great property/service.

This property was perfectly located and was very clean and spotless. The apartment is a beauty. If you chose a higher number Loft, bear in mind that you have to go up several steps to get to the apartment.

Great location and value

This property is in an ideal location and is in great condition. I would characterize our loft as a suite with a full kitchen, living room, private bedroom and incredible bathroom with separate bath and shower. The building has a nice lobby with seating that could be used for meetings. The cleaning staff was incredible. Also we had issues with misplacing our key and management quickly assisted. Overall incredible stay and a great value for our money!

Sollano 34 was beautiful, both our suite and the common areas were all gorgeously decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view of the cathedral. The communication with the owner was fantastic, they sent us videos of how to check in since we would be arriving late. I would stay again anytime. It was also a 3 min walk from the main church and square with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The coffee shop on the corner, Ki'bok Coffee, was perfect for daily breakfast and coffee. There was some construction going on next door that was quite loud starting at 8 am on weekdays, but I'm not sure what they could do to prevent that. Just an FYI for anyone who likes to sleep in-- my friend stayed in Loft 3 and she said she couldn't hear it at all.

This was my favorite stay in San Miguel and an absolute gem property with 5 casitas/spacious lofts over 3 stories and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city and La Parroquia 2 blocks away yet very quiet, tastefully decorated with a full kitchen with carved wood cabinets and dedicated modern living room/dining with a huge fireplace and tv. I never saw or heard other guests. It was very private and was such a wonderful escape from the frenzy around the plaza I didn’t want to leave. Great attention to detail and very clean. I will definitely stay again if available and would highly recommend for a bridal party or families. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler as there were 3 locked, coded and gated doors to get past.

Perfect Stay in SMA

The perfect place to stay in San Miguel de Allende! The loft is so comfortable with any amenity and so much space, tucked away in a great location, so accessible to anything you’d want to do in the city. The bedroom’s AC kept us cool. The kitchen was really well stocked with many cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The loft was true to photos. One touch I really appreciated was the motion-detected path lighting when walking to our loft at night, as well as in our loft under the few stairs that lead to the bathroom. Each night when we went to the rooftop, we had it to ourselves. The groundskeeper was lovely and so helpful anytime we had questions.

This place is absolutely perfect, especially for any visitor new to San Miguel de Allende. The location is less than 5 minutes to the center of town/the Parroquia San Miguel de Allende. We walked everywhere! Also, the property is very unassuming on the outside but once you enter the doors- WOW! It’s a gorgeous courtyard with lots of amazing common areas, beautiful plants and architecture, and the rooftop deck is lovely and has an incredible view of the Church and the surrounding areas. We were blown away. Our loft- #5- was very pretty inside and had a nice big bathtub. After a day of walking and sightseeing, we’d come back to the loft, draw a bath, and open the windows and look onto the very private patio and enjoy the cool breeze. The church bells ringing are also nice to hear while soaking in the tub. It was the perfect way to revive ourselves after a day of walking on cobblestones, before we went to dinner. Lucia was our contact and she was very responsive to any of our needs. We let her know there was no hairdryer and within 30 seconds, there was a knock on our door with housekeeping bringing us a hairdryer! We definitely give this property the highest rating possible- and cannot wait to return. It’s truly magical!

Hotel room was clean, comfortable but item missing

Arrival instructions were good but I lost my ipad pro in Loft 3. We arrived on July 8th, via the ETN bus, took an Uber, dump our luggage and went out for dinner. Came back and went straight to bed without unpacking. The next morning, we went out to breakfast without unpacking and upon return to the room around noon, I discovered the missing ipad pro. We checked with the maid and she said she didn't find anything on the floor but on July 9th, but she did go into the room to clean up. Upon return (after lunch), the room was not made up. I really believe it was "lost" in Sollano, loft 3.
