My reservation when I arrived at the hotel, was not there , they gave me an emergency room after arguing a long wait, the room was smaller, with capacity for 6 people and not for 8 as I requested, the staff attention was terrible, I didn’t have towers , blankets , and when asked for them they told me that I had to go get them .

The rooms don’t have heat and for kids was very cold. We reserved for 3 nights but we left on the second day again was very cold for my little ones. They don’t have portable heater to offer the restaurant it’s for 9 to 4 pm only No lock on sliding doors so we don’t feel comfortable leaving our things on the room

Demasiado caro para lo que realmente es. Las villas cercanas a la carretera tienen demasiado ruido. El agua de la alberca helada. ¡Y que cobren "early check in" sin previo aviso es un abuso! Hay mejores opciones.

Excelente hotel. Pésima recepción.
Pésimo servicio en recepción. Malencarados y sin el mínimo interés de atender y darte la bienvenida. Groseros al teléfono y sin resolver. Por otro lado, habitaciones y servicio de mantenimiento excelente. Los espacios comunes del hotel, perfectos.

Muy bien el lugar, estacionamiento y comodidad. Solamente no entiendo porque no me hicieron la habitación. Me comentaron que las habitaciones las hacen todos los días pero la mía no lo hicieron. Me comentaron que lo iban a revisar pero en general todo muy bien.

Un lugar muy original
Las cafeteras no tienen filtro, tuvimos que salir a comprar al súper, para salir o entrar había que pitar o molestar en otras puertas, no se si pudieran dar tarjetas de acceso y así si vuelves de madrugada pasar sin problema, la habitación está muy bonita, les falta un poco barrer, hay cabellos en el piso y detrás de las puertas. Las indicaciones para llegar a tu edificio poco claras por parte de un par de personas, las demás muy muy enfocadas en el servicio

Lo disfrutamos mucho
El lugar está muy cerca del centro. Es súper cómodo y bonito. La habitación muy amplia con cocina completa y dos habitaciones. Es muy amplio todo el complejo. La atención en restaurante y lobby perfecta. Súper opción.
