It was disgusting, never again will stay at that hotel, stinks so bad, doesn’t have a phone to call the reception, the light in the bathroom was in a bad location, ( banging my head) the door lock was broken, the improvised to fix it. They had only shampoo. I can recomend it even to my enemies! Sorry but never again😡 From 1 to 10, I rated -0

la ubicación y decoración, aunque sencilla muy adecuada mi única queja es que me toco una habitación que da a la calle, al principio me encanto la idea, pero entre 5 y 6 de la mañana, los cuetes ynlas palomas hicieron un ruido que hizo imposible dormir. Entiendo q respecto a los cutes es difícil solucionarlo, respecto a las palomas, algo q pudiera evitar se pongan justo en el balcón que hace hueco hacia el cuarto q fue lo q incrementó el sonido.

Mala atención de la recepcionista, tardo media hora en aparecer estaba durmiendo a las 4:00 pm, nos dieron 2 toallas inservibles, la ubicación es excelente, necesitan mejorar el servicio y equipar mejor las habitaciones, los colchones de lo peor, terriblemente incómodos, el hotel pudiera ser muy bueno, pero le falta que lo opere un profesional.

Great location !!! You’re on the center of everything. Before I reserve it I read all the reviews so I knew what to expect. The hotel is ok is not that fancy, we used only to sleep. Plenty restaurants and things to do around. Valet parking worked really good.

Bastante malo, lo deberían quitar de su catálogo

El hotel tiene muy mal servicio en recepción, dejan a la recamarera a cargo de recepción, bastante grosera y poco pensante. La habitación sucia y deprimente, las sábanas con pelos, las cobijas polvosas, el cobertor con chicle, el calentador, con cochambre. el agua caliente tarda hasta 15 minutos en salir, hay que dejar correr todo ese tiempo el agua fría. Los ganchos oxidados, chuecos, los cajones llenos de polvo y apestosos. Pedí cambio de habitación por que la que me dieron estaba al lado de las discotecas. Fue lo mismo, igual de sucio. La caba muy dura y demasiado ruidosa, cada que te mueves parece que se va a romper la cama. Realmente es una pena porque tiene una gran ubicación, deplorable el hotel, mal pintado, con humedad, oscuro, los apagadores de la luz pegajosos de mugre, los cables pelados, el ropero no le sirve el sujetador de la puerta, hay que cerrarlo con un hilo. Dejan una silla, percudida. Las toallas sucias. El lavabo muy alto una persona baja de estatura no alcanza muy bien, lo mismo el espejo demasiado alto para verse.
