The hotel is located in an excellent location you can walk 3 minutes to the church and restaurants all over so thats perfect, but it is a very small room with no closet or large mirror to check your outfit out. Not a family room for sure its more like a couples hotel but I would stay there again .Because of the location! It was clean and nice and quiet.

the king size bed room was in a cave, very closed up and Humid, needs closet and remodel the shower room. great location, the stairs to go down to your bedroom in bad shape, dangerous, needs redone. They should have a coffee machine at the lobby.

Todo bien, solo estaría bien que consideraran colocar Minisplits ya que no cuenta con clima y la habitación se sofoca. Y el valet si mal servicio nos dejaron esperando una hora cuando nos dijeron que en 30min. Y no hay donde esperar tuvimos que irnos lejos y era de madrugada y todavía nos cobraron.

Excelente atención del personal, la chica de recepción siempre amable y atenta a nuestras peticiones. Tienen resguardo de equipaje y valet parking lo que está increíble!

I think from the get go my stay was awful. I specifically wanted this bc of the location, and it had parking included. My gf and I arrive to the hotel and it’s on a really busy street where traffic is passing. I get out and explain we have a car, they say it will take 20 minutes for valet to show up… (what do we do with our car in the meantime as we are blocking traffic lol ). Solution is my gf ends up having to drive around in circles lost for 20 minutes, and the wifi wasn’t working in the lobby so I couldn’t contact her. In the meantime I’m running up and down blocks trying to communicate info to my gf and give updates. The valet showed up closer to 45 minutes waiting. the check in / out was simply horrendous if you have a car. Rooms have no privacy, I’m pretty sure even with their curtains you can see into the rooms. Our sheets were not clean on arrival. Wifi didn’t work on the 3rd floor where our room was. They told me I couldn’t pay with card? So they had me walk a couple blocks down in a nearby hotel to pay… the list of mishaps could go on… Just felt like my experience needed to be stated.

-El cuarto que nos dieron es demasiado pequeño. *NO HAY DONDE PONER TUS COSAS DE TOCADOR. -NO HAY A/C -NO HAY VENTILACIÓN EN EL CUARTO -NO HAY PRIVACIDAD YA QUE TODO RL FRENTE ES DE VENTANAS DE CRISTAL Y SOLO HAY CORTINAS POR DENTRO Y SE VE TODO PARA ADENTRO LAS CORTINAS NO CUBREN BIEN. - NO HAY TELÉFONO EN LA HABITACIÓN POR LO TANTO NO HAY SERVICIO A CUARTO - LLEGAMOS UN DÍA A LA 1 30 AM Y LA PERSONA QUE DEJARON ENCARGADA ESTABA DORMIDA EN EL PASILLO DE LA ENTRADA PRINCIPAL CON TODAS LAS COBIJAS EN EL PISO. -PEDI UNA GORRA DE BAÑO EXTRA Y NO ME LA PUDIERON PROPORCIONAR POR QUE EL RECEPCIONISTA NO SABÍA DONDE LAS GUARDABAN. - UN DÍA ENTRARON A "LIMPIAR" Y DEJARON UNA ALMOHADA CON LODO MUY ACOMODADA LISTA PARA USAR. -EL BAÑO NO TIENE VENTILACIÓN Y LA PALANCA DEL INODORO SE QUEDABA ATORADA Y POR LO TANTO NO PODÍAS "BAJARLE" AL BAÑO EN GENERAL ESTE HOTEL NOS HIZO SENTIR MUY INCÓMODOS EN NUESTRO VIAJE A MI Y A MI ESPOSO, NO LO RECOMENDAMOD PARA NADA.

El hotel esta muy bien, muy confortable pero el velador apago la luz a las 3 am, poco descanzamos, habia una fuga en el cuarto continuó y el ruido no dejo dormir, el velador sin capacidad de respuesta y muy grosero.No pudimos dormir

El precio es solo por la ubicación

La amabilidad de las personas es muy buena, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, pero el cuarto no es cómodo, tiene poca privacidad, las escaleras son inseguras, no hay wifi a la mano, el cuarto no está muy ventilado y se siente un poco encerrado

Buena ubicación, poca privacidad.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, puedes caminar a muchos restaurantes y a la Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. Las instalaciones están bien y el personal que nos atendió muy amable. Lo malo/incómodo es que una de las 'paredes' de la habitación es un ventanal, por lo que solo cubre la cortina y queda poca privacidad. Por la misma razón del ventanal, los sonidos de afuera entran muy fácil a la habitación. El estacionamiento está un poco retirado, aunque hay personal del hotel que te puede hacer el favor de llevarlo.
