El hotel esta bien a secas, no es nada espectacular o lujoso. La habitación es amplia y cómoda y las instalaciones son pequeñas por ser un hotel boutique. Aunque menciona que cuenta con estacionamiento este realmente no esta dentro de la propiedad, desconozco el lugar donde se ubique pero un día pedi tenerlo listo a las 12 del dia porque tenia una reserva para una cata de vinos y me lo entregaron hasta las 12:25 con la justificación de que habia festival, pero eso debian preveerlo y tenerlo al menos media hora antes. Perdi mi reserva y por suerte me dejaron tomar la siguiente pero perdi una hora de tiempo en esperar el siguiente grupo y la mia era privada. El primer dia encontramos un bicho parecido a una chinche y procedimos a revisar la cama, afortunadamente no encontramos otro bicho pero nos dimos cuenta que la limpieza no era la mejor, encontrmos cabellos ajenos en las sabanas y almohadas y mucho polvo y basura debajo de la cama, incluso en la banca del pie de la cama en las patas tiene mucho polvo acumulado. Todos estos son aspectos basicos que debe cuidar un hotel antes de entregar la habitación al huésped. El personal es muy amable en todo momento. Realmente pensaria en volver al hotel por esto.

Loved our Stay!

Hector, the manager, was a great point of contact and host. The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great as well, a few steps away from Parque Juarez and a nice stroll from Zona Centro. We felt very safe and the staff was wonderful as well. If you are looking for a place and have not been to SMA before, this is a wonderful little find and you won’t be disappointed.
