「We loved the charm of the Thomas house (next door to the Crystal River Inn) where we stayed. The room was beautiful (we stayed in San Miguel) and clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. I only interacted with staff through messages in the Expedia app and they were prompt and helpful. We were confused at first as to how to check in but after reading some signs, then going through a back door and reading instructions on a paper that was left on a table, we finally found the...

「I chose this property for a one night stay cay. Our unit was sparkling clean and had lots of thoughtful touches. The property was absolutely beautiful and the service was very responsive. I will 100% come back.」

「The only good thing I can say about this property, is the breakfast was good. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.」
