This hotel was an exceptional value. Price was very reasonable and the room was quite comfortable. The breakfast served in the morning was very good and my stay was quiet and conveniently located. I will stay at this hotel again.

When I checked in the clerk was veryfriendly. I walk with a cane and the original room was on the 2nd floor BUT she changed room witbout me even asking. And when checking out as I was coming in the gentleman behind the desk came out from behind the desk and ipened the door for me. BOTH acts were greatly appreciated.

Staff at checkin very RUDE, acted like we were bothering them... Poor cust. service. If it was earlier we would have left. The poor customer service makes it so we wont go back... Room smelled like cigarettes ( tho it was non-smoking) .. and the tv stand looked like it had dried or stained blood on it...

The parking lot was large and had many spots. The property is located on the freeway, but locating the rooms on the side of the property did a decent job of reducing the traffic noise. The A/C blew cold.

Door main lock was broken. Told desk at checkout. Safety bar for tub broken. Refrigerator was very cold- excellent to keep drinks and food cold. I had to fix curtain on window not attached- could see in. All items in room could be addressed if someone would walk through room. Poor management! Breakfast was cheap. No fruit, oatmeal, whole milk was available.

Everyday was good. Their continental Breakfast it’s ok. The room has shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Which is a great thing for those who don’t have their own toiletrits.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk guy assisting over the phone trying to get details for my reservation I wish I would have been able to get his name. I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. Once we got there the lady in the front was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awful. The yogurt expired. The pancake mix was sour and there was a fly in the juice. Like it had been left unattended. The room was fine and it was clean. But the experiences with staff and breakfast hindered our stay. We will not be staying here anymore.
