「Friendly staff and kept clean.」

「After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation.」

「The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated. I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed」

「Previously Shilo Inn, the Yuma Inn & Suites has seen better days and appears to be currently under renovation and removing of old branding. The pool was clean but the hot tub was being worked on. They have a steam room, sauna and exercise room. They also have a small laundry room but it I saw an out of order sign on one of the machines.
