「The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. 「This property can not be legally rented in the condition it is currently in. The fire alarm had been pulled out of the wall. ( state code requires an alarm ) the a/c was broken There was no TV remote in the room. The telephone does NOT work at all. I will be reporting this place to the local authorities 」

「I have stayed here twice, 8 years apart, and both times it was clean, had everything I needed, and was sensibly priced. One can get newer and fancier in Yuma at twice the price, but for what it offers at the price, La Fuente is hard to beat. It also has a nice, lush courtyard.」
