"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—perfectly situated and incredibly convenient for exploring the town. A truly excellent choice!"

"A very tranquil and pleasant hotel in a beautiful quiet location. Lots of parking available, nice clean and well maintained grounds and a good size pool. Check in was quick and easy and room was of a good size with a very comfy bed and effective aircon. Breakfast buffet was a quite limited range and eggs not great while there were no no facilities in room for making coffee or tea; two things I would expect to be better at this price point and number of stars. Overall a very nice place to stay that with a few small areas of improvement would be really excellent."
