"This hotel was in a great location with a picturesque view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free coffee was a great perk. Showers took a little while to heat up. Decent breakfast. We were very happy here."

"One of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. The location is stunning, the hotel is equally gorgeous. The room was wonderful - very comfortable bed, spacious and excellent shower. The spa / welllness area was lovely. The breakfast and dinner were delicious - locally sourced delicacies and a great menu. But the staff were truly outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly and gave excellent advice on places to visit, hiking routes and things to eat."

"This would be a 5 star property but for the management. While the staff was great, the manager seemed to go out of his way to make things difficult. Check in was at 2:00 pm but when I arrived at 1:30, check in “was not possible.” I tried to schedule a massage (one of the amenities) but the manager said “it was not possible to do” and implied that he gave the masseuses the day off because they were overworked. I scheduled a massage the next day but was unsure of when I would get back so only scheduled 30 minutes. I got done early and when I got back to the hotel, I asked the staff if I could change from 30 minutes to 60 min. They indicated that the masseuses had availability but they needed to call the manager to confirm. When they called the manager, even though there was availability, he said “it was not possible “ to change from 30 min to 60 min. The staff was great, but unfortunately this manager seemed to go out of his way to to make things difficult and said no every chance he could. For the price you pay for the amenities, I would not recommend this hotel until there is a change in management."

"This hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, and we had a great view of the lake. The breakfast was at another hotel nearby and was outstanding."

"Very centrally located in the town of Bovec. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open. "

"A nice welcome by reception staff after midnight. Room spacious and clean with good amenities in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of choice."
