「I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed.
Then my son tried to take a shower and the shower head disconnected from its base even more. It had been 2 days without a functioning shower at this point. I told the staff as we left that we would...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at La Vida Mountain Resort and Spa. We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.」

「The ac unit was not working good. The man at front desk at check in was not nice. . Didn’t inform me about anything, didn’t provide WiFi password or directions to breakfast place.
I felt like he was trying to blame us for misplacing tv controls which weren’t working that good either.
Stayed two nights because we didn’t want to loose our money.」

「The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...
