El Caite San Juan del Sur
air conditioning was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast but were offered it. It's a good restaurant so assuming it would be good. The only drawback is for older people as there's a steep set of stairs if your room is top floor. Otherwise, it seems good value.

This is a very convenient place to stay for dining and the beach! Our room at the end of the building closest to the beach has an unbelievable view that we loved!
