Music kept up awake until 3:30am as a nightclub/bar is situated directly below, which causes the walls to vibrate. There was also no air conditioning remote. We tried twice to get this sorted during our stay. The first time, they said they would look into it for us, but this never happened. The second time, they promised to send a technician...

「Don't stay at this place, I don't want to call it a hotel, because there is no name outside the hotel, you have to follow the address, otherwise, you cannot find the place. The place is a scam, they discriminate against English speaking guests, because I and another American guest got only bread and butter, however, Spanish speaking guests got eggs.
