Solo tuvimos atención lenta en la zona de la piscina semi-olímpica. Y el cronograma de actividades on line no coincidía con el que se ejecutaba día a día, sobre todo en los shows nocturnos. No adquirimos el paquete de comida."

"I had a room on the floor at the time of taking a shower there was no water. I had to go downstairs since they do not have phones to call the front desk. I was told to wait until someone came to fix the shower or shower at the other room I have reserved. The third floor has no ceiling for that at night the room is cold. I asked for a heater since they had a mini split and I was told it did not have the heating function. Then I asked for an extra blanket and it was also refused. The place is...
