The space itself was comfortable, but I did run into two issues: the housekeeper only came once during my entire stay, and there was an ant infestation that required constant treating. I sent a message a response was received very quickly and the staff moved us to another property...

「Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.」
