At first glance, the hotel online seemed promising, so we decided to give it a try. However, upon our arrival, we were met with a significant delay of 10 minutes or more in the check-in process due to the absence of a receptionist. Once we finally received our room, we were shocked to find it filthy. Not only were there no towels, but when we requested them, we were informed that there were none available, which is utterly absurd for a hotel establishment. Despite our subsequent attempt to inquire the following morning, we were met with the same response. To make matters worse, we discovered underwear inside a drawer, further corroborating the hotel’s apparent lack of thorough cleaning practices. The bathroom was equally appalling, with urine present in the toilet upon our arrival.
