My husbsnd and i stay at this location regularly with our service dog. The rooms are a perfect size for us and well cleaned. Very private and no interruptions. Definitely worth the price

The room we were give had no hot water. The staff was very good about getting us to another room where everything worked. However, we saw at least 6 roaches in the room. Breakast was coffee, small muffins and 1 kind of juice. Location was good and staff was great.

The shower head had a big leak that I reported in the morning. In the afternoon, we got back to ourcroom and the leak had been repaired and a new hand held shower was also installed. Great work by the maintenence staff.

Disgusting

When we checked in the front desk attendant was fine. Got to our room and it was horrible. The bed comforter was stained and had crusty food on it. The sheets were clean. But once we turned on the bathroom lights…cockroaches appeared. On the side tables, the toilet and running under the bed. I went to the front and they offered me another room upstairs from where we were. I didn’t get refunded for that night but left and booked another room elsewhere

Where do you begin? Family was furious at me for booking it. Shower didn’t work, barely any outlets, except where they sawed out part of the bed. Lousy coffee maker, scary area, expected to get robbed. hideous lighting, took 10 tries to open door. Nice pillows, decent bed. Good 5g cell. Easy to airport. Won’t be coming back.

Misleading and horrible.

The photos don’t do justice on what the room looks like. It’s totally opposite hotel is more of people living there. The bed was horrible stings on the floor on the bed. There were cockroaches and other bugs crawling on the ground. just overall on the images that they post our false information in misleading.

imagine arriving to San Jose at night, going to check in at the motel and there is no-one there and having to wait for over an hour at night, while needing to get up early for work in just a few hours. Place was also crawling with cockroaches. stay away

Hotel in disrepair

Was horrible. Broken down rooms stained bathtubs broken doors and in total disrepair. We left immediately upon entering the room and did not stay there. Will never go back.

Room was disgusting. Walls all filthy. Toilet was gross. Wall outlets falling out. Hole in the wall by the ac unit. All of the pillows, sheets, and blankets were stained. One stain in particular was definitely fecal matter. Trash left at the door. All kinds of sketchy things happening in the parking lot. Drugs, broken into cars, and people fighting. While the staff gave me a refund, they were totally indifferent to whole situation.
