"The service was outstanding and breakfast delicious. I had issues with the rooms. The first I was given the toilet was damaged and the room I was moved to was dirty. They solved the issue. One thing that I assume they cannot change, is the bad odor that comes from the bathroom. I called reception and they said that when it is too hot outside the fumes from the sewer comes up the tubes. I had to open the balcony door to let it out. It was bothersome but I preferred to stay rather than moving into a third room. "

"It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city. "
