The bed was so very comfortable and the room perfectly clean and equipped for comfort. The place felt like home away from home, as we gathered in the evening around the fire, sharing mutual interest and taking recommendations on good places to eat. The parking is gated which helped us feel secure. We learned bed the design of the B&B and our favorite place was the deck o er looking the Monteverde mountains. We had no problems with getting our Monteverde Extremo shuttle pickup and return, a big reason we selected this location. Once we saw the road conditions up that mountain we were very glad of our choice. Upon returning midday following our extreme adventures, we went to the kitchen, heated in the microwave our pizza from the previous night, and enjoyed our relaxed lunch in the deck with a view. I am so glad we selected Camino Verde!"

"Cute property with a nice garden, hidden from the huddle and bustle of the town. There is an equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. However, the neighborhood dogs get into a shouting match anytime at night so make sure to have earplugs. It was unfortunate because I love the nature sound. "

"Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing "
