Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. Great location from the lake about 50m walk. Where there is beach area. Little shop on site with everything you would need, fresh bread and pastries every morning. A short walk from the main town which has restaurant's and cocktail bars. Bus, train and ferry all short walk
