The staff are amazing esp. Grace at the front desk and her manager Jon are very accommodation. My husband celebrated his birthday here and it was the best!

This was an ideal location! Really enjoyed the close proximity to Starbuck, Cable Car Start, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and of course Ghirardelli and the bay! Great bus connections and Uber got us everywhere when we weren’t walking.

The hotel itself was nice. They charge a $30 destination fee each night that you can use at the restaurant for a credit or lose it. Which we were not aware of. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Staff was really nice. Not sure if we will stay there again if in San Francisco.

Walking distance to everything, really nice convenient hotel, clean and cozy. Love the location, staff was very helpful we got a few complimentary treats like ice cream at the bar and after a long day of walking, ice cream was just perfect.

This property was situated in the perfect area near fisherman’s warf. The staff was extremely friendly and the property is well maintained. The only thing is the drinks and room service was a bit pricey.

Well. Expedia canceled without notification our reservation. We had to pay 3 times more at the hotel. Hotel couldnt find a cheaper option for a room in there hotel. The hotel offered extra bed but last min before paying she said nope the cost for extra bed is 20 or 40. The rooms were notning special.

While the property itself was nice, moving one street north meant you were in a pretty rough area. Homeless camped across the street with syringe drug use visible.

The location at Fishermans wharf was perfect. The rooms were nice, clean, comfy beds & everything that I needed. Extra nice to be able to just park & leave the car in a safe place. I will stay here again.

They charge me $64 for parking which I didn’t park, when I complained about it they said they saw I parked the car they saw it in the security cameras the guys said I was driving white color car when I own grey color car and they said charges are correct which is not true they are charging someone else vehicle under my room they are doing their job right I had three room booked for 2 nights will not spend my money with Marriotts anymore

The worst experience ever. Do not book and use this hotel. I booked and paid for my room upfront and to my surprise room was not available to me. They sent me to a hotel without even providing transportation. Service person treated me like I am at fault here.
