Check-in was fast & easy and we found the hotel extremely clean both in our room and in the public areas. Being close to the freeway wasn’t a problem for us as our room was somewhat away being on the East end of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate with waffles & real maple syrup. Would we stay at this “Best Western” again. In one word “Yes”.

We checked in on April 1st. Front desk agent was sitting there with no smile no greeting. She was rude. Our room was ok…but there was a dirty towel left behind by the window. The good thing was so close to the airport and very convenient to return our rental cars.

Location was convenient, room was nice, good breakfast choices. My room was close to the freeway so it was a little noisy, but that’s not on the hotel. If you’re staying here, ask for a room away from the freeway.

We called ahead and inquired if we could store luggage as we had landed before check-in & had a full day of activities planned. Staff was very courteous and allowed us to do so. When we did check in at 8:30pm, we were exhausted and Giovanni at the front desk was amazing!! So helpful, kind and a real people person! I wish I encountered people like her every time I traveled! Hotel was clean, our room was large, updated. Giovanni even upgraded us to a larger room! So kind! The buffet are looked massive, unfortunately we had to fly out early and was unable to try it. Definitely recommend & would stay again!

Overall, good hotel. They have a continental breakfast which was good. The only issue was that the room keys would stop working in the middle of my stay. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, well-maintained and seemed to be in a good area.

Nice a usual. The only big complaint: the breakfast has degraded since our last stay (A) no cream (half n half), no honey anymore - now they are substituted with artificial cream and corn syrup (B) while the breakfast is till 10am, by 9:45 there already was no milk and no yogurt. (The yogurt was back at 10:05, but in a locked cabinet, just to enjoy the looks) However, everything else is perfect for us. We love this place.

Breakfast excellent. Room was clean. A few gross hairs in the shower. AC wouldn’t stay on. It would turn off at 70 but still not at 70 in the room. With the window open you could hear the freeway very loud. So it was warm but still fine. Spa didn’t get very warm. Overall good place to stay. I’d stay again.

The location and amenities were fine also the included wi-fi and free parking. The only dining option for it or nearby was the breakfast that was fairly good. I had some trouble getting a wake up call. It did eventually get scheduled. and room cleaning was every other day.

There are two pluses to staying at this Best Western. One is proximity to the Coyote Point recreation area, a short drive or walk from the motel and one where you can see the whole bay, all the way to San Francisco. Another plus is the motel's proximity to the fabulous restaurant district in downtown Burlingame. There's you'll find noodle shops, kebab places, Greek food, French bistros, and a fabulous vegan place called Twelvemonth. The one drawback of the motel is that it doesn't have an airport shuttle.

The staff was wonderful! My room was quiet and spacious. What I didn't like was the pillows were not comfortable enough for me and the flow of water from the shower was extremely light, making if difficult to rinse soap off from body and hair. Overall, nice staff who try to accommodate the best they are able to.

It’s a great property and stay but it is next to a highway so there’s not much to see or any nearby transportations to get places so a car is necessary. Other than that everything was high quality. Would recommend unless you don’t have a car.
